To be fair, citeh cheating and being a state / oil club aren’t the same thing. The bar codes aren’t cheating so far as I know. And Utd generate enough income that they shouldn’t need to artificially inflate it.
But… the ones convincing themselves that this bloke has nothing to do with the Qatari state are something else. Just an average Joe with a few billion living in a liberal utopia that doesn’t interfere with how it’s citizens send go about things.
