Heater pumps ain’t cheap nor are EV’s plus e10 fuel cuts emissions on petrol cars and potentially e fuels in the future, oil is pretty much here to stay and digging up lithium in high amounts could be much worse. Their stupid campaign slogan should read ban diesel.
Mix of hydrogen, e fuels, hydrid and EV’s is a better way to go or simply making driving not affordable. My mum drives a honda jazz it puts out same emissions as a 1.8 hybrid and it doesn’t require a huge carbon foot print to build these petrol city cars should remain.
