bosstrabs Smallman1 Gan Guo Tu Dou is an excellent dish, very rare to find in UK Chinese restaurants…
Cankles-McJeggings bosstrabs What was that potato? What were the ingredient spices and the black beans or peppers ?
bosstrabs Cankles-McJeggings It’s just chicken stock. Does the Chinese version contain MSG? Probably. But I don’t think the Knorr version does.
Cankles-McJeggings Fuck me we have it here! I’m going to try that dish. Right up my strasse. What would you have with it in particular or just anything?
bosstrabs Cankles-McJeggings It’s just a really great side dish. You could have ribs with it, or actually just anything (including Western dishes) you would have sauteed potatoes with.
bosstrabs That would probably work well. You don’t want anything with a delicate flavour because the Gan Guo Tu Dou would obviously overpower it.
