RichM Mad_Cyril not really, it’s a way for restaurants or chefs to cook in other places without having to set up a restaurant in that place. It’s fucking expensive to set up a restaurant so some chefs just do loads of pop ups in different locations.
LT42 Pop up restaurants who charge 30 quid for a few sliders in a brioche bun thrice baked and dipped in dandelion petals operate for gullible hipsters only. Can I get a 10 quid can of eco-friendly root beer with that too? Perfect for people like Alistair. In other words, total muppets.

RichM bosstrabs aren’t soft openings either free or a massive discount anyway? A way to iron out any teething issues, but as it’s discounted you can’t really complain too much. Most of the ones I’ve been to are 50% off food bill
