Smallman1 bosstrabs They say a basic essential of a Chinese restaurant is that they should be able to execute a great Yangzhou Fried Rice (called ‘Yeung-Chow Fried Rice’ here), in the same way that a good Western chef should be able to execute an excellent risotto, so I would definitely order that to see what it’s chatting.
