vinnyt77 Dubman I have. Made a couple of times on the BBQ over the summer. Was a bit sceptical, but the onion really adds an extra dimension of flavour to the patty.
vinnyt77 Dubman How thin do you slice the onions. Fine, but not razor thin. Across the width of an average sized onion, I’d go for about 12 slices
