Along_the_Wire hugopal I think HP has a point here. Medically, weâll have improved things, but that canât be the sole reason - this thing has mutated to a less deadly strain. It shouldâve wiped Africa out, but it hasnât, Africa has largely coped with it and the medical infrastructure there is very poor.
