I have favourite dishes from all over China. Too numerous to mention.
I would recommend trying a Hunanese restaurant at some point if you have not already. But, really, all eight of the famous styles (Cantonese, Hunanese, Sichuan, Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian and Anhui) have dishes to commend them.
