Millsy Glitter was defo a well fingered card in Snr’s rollerdex.

Lightly toasted whole wheat sourdough + four layer smoked turkey cold cut + mild cheddar + crispy bacon + 4 layer romaine lettuce + tomato + sprinkle of salt, pepper, olive oil + Dijon + kewpie + lurpak salted butter = perfection

Easy top 3 sandwich.

rhouses olive oil + kewpie + lurpak salted butter

Would you like some sandwich to go with that fat?…

Easy on the salad there, Rhouses 😆

A restrained drizzle of olive oil over the tomatoes sitting on top of the lettuce, along with a sprinkle of salt and pepper is crucial for the veggies.

Was in two minds of about some jalapeños or banana peppers, glad I did not. Would have messed with the integrity.

Excitedly opens thread thinking JTY is BACK, only to find it’s more inane spraffing from the RDogg.

    Morale destroying

Just gave you a classic combination of ingredients for the perfect sandwich, MC. You can thank me later.

Had a steak pie on a very large Lurpak-buttered barm today.

Steak pie acquired from HE Coward’s of Frodsham, Cheshire. Five of your English pounds for one. Very big chunks of tender steak. Gravy excellent consistency and flavour.

Shortcrust rather than flaky pastry at this place. Just for information, not complaining.

Barmcake and butter added on arrival home.

Recommend if you need a break from the M56 and you’re in the area.

      Absolutely winning.

Smallman1 Yes Smallman, you wouldn’t get it.

          Like playing Beethoven’s 5th to a dog.

bosstrabs you’re a tender chunk Dave. I see what you did there. Haha.

Can’t get over a pie in a roll.

          I can’t lie, I’m a little intrigued.

            Smallman1 Give it a try.

You could do it with a Southern-style ‘rough puff’ pie if that’s your preference.

            All sorts of winning.
