Homegrove I’ve always done it since I was barely a teenager. Horror like Clive Barker’s Books of Blood went well with stuff like Kreator or Slayer on my twin deck boombox.
Kells77 Homegrove I always try to listen to music while I’m reading too. I don’t usually put too much thought into what I put on, just that I need something in the background. Or if I’m at the beach, listening to the sounds there is fine, but when I’m reading at home, the quiet isn’t as comfortable.

Mad_Cyril I like zero distractions so i can immerse myself in a mix / book / film etc… Having said that can happily have the tunes on whilst attempting DIY Be boring if we were all the same 👍

Homegrove Forgot how much more these early Bunker-mixes were clearly flown with the seat of his pants. I’ve enjoyed the later ones too, that have been probably thought out quite well in advance, but man the last hour of #3 went wild.
