Old-Dutch We know that the vaccines were and continue to be extremely effective at reducing negative outcomes, including hospitalizations and deaths. The unvaccinated were significantly more likely to experience those negative outcomes than the vaccinated.
There’s zero debate about that and it follows that if you’re going to claim that the vaccines are causing negative outcomes that are separate from covid infection, be it cardiac issues or others, the onus is on you to provide that evidence. Any claim that the vaccines are causing negative outcomes beyond that of infection are contrary to the existing body of evidence.
To me this is pretty obvious and I’m not going to waste much time convincing anyone otherwise. I’m not likely to change your mind, especially if the overwhelming data hasn’t done that for you already. And this doesn’t preclude future problems that could be vaccine-related, but there’s no indication of that now and we have no way of reliably knowing those outcomes until time passes. We do know that long covid and repeated infections look to be a growing public health issue.
