Dubman Jules72 Hoping for great things from the new series of the Sinner…. they really going to be able to keep up the quality though Just started watching the third season of the sinner. It’s a bit slow but the other two seasons were as well.
303abuser Hursty no worries, the writing is really bad and the further you watch, the more it gets exposed. too bad, as it’s not a horrible premise.
C_J Someone at work was going on about Ozark the other day, explaining what it was about and why it was so brilliant. I bit my tongue hard.
Jules72 Finished zero zero zero…. it follows a drug shipment from the Americas, through Africa and onto Italy…. and all sorts of goings on involving the gangster dealing with the shipment. In parts a little like Gomorrah or Suburra, and in others like Narcos given it shifts between countries. Great soundtrack by Mogwai and well worth a watch.
jonattonyeah Jules72 zero zero zero Not an easy watch but the production is incredible. I cannot even imagine the budget. Damn good show, but - yeah - parts are brutal. I’m out on drinking fresh pig blood.
Jules72 What We Do in the Shadows second series now on the player 😃 https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episodes/m0005bky/what-we-do-in-the-shadows?seriesId=p08dlf7c
strummer Hursty So how do I watch Season 5 of The Bureau? https://www.sbs.com.au/ondemand/program/the-bureau
rhouses 303abuser those cat episodes were hilarious. The new season of Ramy has been very very good. If you’re a fan of Atlanta, you have to get on this.
303abuser rhouses haha the cat gang war was solid. i’ll check that out after i’m done zero zero zero this week.
rhouses I’ll Be Gone In The Dark has just started, based on the book about the Golden State Killer by Patton Oswalt’s wife. Friend read the book and the stories about this guy are truly horrifying.
Homegrove Watched the first episode, it was more about McNamara though. I guess they did that on purpose so the rest of the show can focus on the killer. The guy plead guilty yesterday to avoid death sentence at 74.
rhouses Ended up marathoning Normal People at the missus’ behest. Totally worth it. Intense romance about a young Irish couple as they get through high school and college (Trinity). Tons and tons of sex scenes, but all tastefully done. You end up rooting for them through all their ups and downs. Does a drag a bit here and there, but otherwise thoroughly enjoyable.
