Finished the 70s Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy (I watched one episode a week pretending it was airing on TV, don’t really binge these days). Loved it! So dull and ugly, and that’s a compliment. What I think the 2011 movie did better was not to show Karla or Ann, though the final scene with Smiley and Ann was important to understanding Smiley, but not the story.
