I’ve suffered with a bit of anxiety in my past but put it down to drugs I was doing. I stopped smoking weed about 2 years ago and feel much better for it. I still have the occasional setback where I’ll be invited out to a party but sometimes find an excuse not to go.

Dubman Yeah, COVID has helped a lot with any social anxiety. I cut back to just weed when the anxiety ramped up a few months ago, but maybe I should cut down or quit that too haha.

Kells77 Good to hear you’re doing well, Kells. 😃 I’ve had a couple of ropey few days during Covid but I was expecting it given the current situation so knew that it would pass. Sometimes you just have to ride it out.
I have a good friend who has similar anxiety issues. Talking is great but being able to talk to someone who knows what you’re going thru is invaluable.

Dubman i find weed just amplifies whatever state my head is already in. if i’m worried about life stuff, the anxiety creeps in a little. went through that last winter when i knew my dog wasn’t doing well and it went away after she passed. i also find low dose edibles with a 1:1 cbd ratio really helps keep the experience settled when need be. to each their own of course.

Dubman haha yeah, i forget that sometimes. although, i don’t buy the legal garbage either, i’m sure any mail order over there isn’t as simple. my proximity to the quality product that comes out of BC is really helpful. just ordered a 1 ml RSO dropper, looking forward to it next weekend.
