28 Days Later (2002). Bit of a shock to find out I’d never seen this movie in full. I was sure I had, but everything after Brian Eno - Ascent (An Ending) playing was new to me.
Incredible movie. I would like to subtract half a star for the young actor playing Hannah, because she was pretty bad IMO. But nope won’t do that. Five stars.
We watched this on AppleTV, and I thought it looked slightly better than the DVD we also own, but there is very little you can do when you’re working with images recorded with 2001 camcorders. It was fine, you got used to it.
I do know I’ve never seen 28 Weeks Later for a fact, and if my wife and I don’t have time to watch it before seeing 28 Years Later next week I won’t let it bother me. What I’ve read of it it’s one of those movies where the plot is based on EVERYONE making stupid decisions, and I can’t stand that in a movie.
