C_J Homegrove movies I absolutely love I also want to get the physical for technical reasons. 4K streaming is about the same quality as a physical standard Blu Ray, and with 4K Blu Rays you can’t even get close. That’s because streaming is compressed so much. And somehow this turned into a vinyl vs mp3-convo but fuck it. nice one Sean.

rhouses C_J I’ll readily admit I have a hoarding problem. Thankfully I left behind compact discs in 2010. It always tickles me that Hannu is relentless in his pursuit for blurays to this day.
C_J my guess is that Hannu’s parents divorced when he was in early adolescence. Collecting is a way of restoring that sense of order for the little boy inside him.
Along_the_Wire vinnyt77 I have around 2,000 CDs on three shelves in my long hallway. I have a CD player that I hardly ever use, but love having the CDs up - it’s a piece of art as far as I’m concerned.
