Monkey Man (2024). Dev Patel directs and stars in a revenge action flick set in India, and is unexpectedly good. Damn. Might be the most impressive actor turned director-debut I can think of just now.

Babygirl - the trailer looked like it would be a proper inappropriate laugh fest with plenty of filthy shagging as Nicole Kidman descends into the world of dom / sub / BDSM sex. Can’t say it was either of those things really and it seems someone took a hatchet to act 3 as it’s an incoherant mess. Still, girl power and all that. 5 cookies / 10

Imminent 4K Twin Peaks release has piqued my interest 😂

Mad_Cyril if it’s the new From A to Z it only has the pilot and episode 8 from The Return in 4K. Rest are HD. But it’s still a neat package with everything you would want, all the extras and Fire Walk With Me included. I have the old Blu ray with Season 1 & 2 and Fire Walk With Me, and then the Television Collection Blu ray which again has Season 1 & 2, and The Return. So I have the old episodes twice. But Fire Walk With Me on it’s own is so expensive I would never make that money from selling the old Blu ray.
