Mad_Cyril if it’s the new From A to Z it only has the pilot and episode 8 from The Return in 4K. Rest are HD. But it’s still a neat package with everything you would want, all the extras and Fire Walk With Me included. I have the old Blu ray with Season 1 & 2 and Fire Walk With Me, and then the Television Collection Blu ray which again has Season 1 & 2, and The Return. So I have the old episodes twice. But Fire Walk With Me on it’s own is so expensive I would never make that money from selling the old Blu ray.

Thankfully couldn’t find any news about them rescanning the whole show again. The old Blu ray is based on a 2K scan, so unless they upscale that it’s not happening unless they go through the whole show again. And upscales are usually not good, see every new James Cameron 4K.

But I’d deffo buy this if I didn’t have the other box sets already:

Watched Bird last night, set in sunny Gravesend. The Sheppey bridge event got a cameo. Kent Massive in the house! lol

Was a pretty surreal and sad film, but thinking about it today which means it hit the mark to a degree. I can fully believe a lot of people in this country live like those depicted in the film. A sad state of affairs in 2025.

Worth a watch- 7/10

Seeing Se7en in a movie theatre on a really big screen was amazing. What a happy feelgood film. Forgot it had David Bowie’s Hearts Filthy Lesson playing over the end credits. An awesome song. Also actually read the beginning credits. Fincher had Ridley Scott’s set design guy on this. No wonder the sets were so perfect.

Crimson Tide (1995). It’s Gene Hackman’s 95th birthday today, and this film turns 30 this year, so I thought it was high time I finally watch this. Somehow I hadn’t before. Pretty damn exiting even when you know the outcome all the time. I was all tense watching it the whole time. Quentin Tarantino and Aaron Sorkin script doctored on this, and while I didn’t pick any obvious Sorkinisms the Tarantino-stuff was pretty easy to spot.
