Along_the_Wire
You know G, for a self proclaimed movie lover, this one might be a good one to watch. It’s got world class fight chreography sequences (choreographed by Brad Allan who was the first westerner to make Jackie Chan’s stunt team and shot by Bill Pope who did The Matrix). It’s also got the best vfx available, top Eastern acting talent (Tony Leung in particular) and while yeah, it can be boiled down to the basic origin template, every movie story can be boiled down to 7 basic themes. Beginning to think you’re not a movie lover at all if the above doesn’t appeal to you. Movie snob perhaps but that ain’t the same thing. <shrug>
