Only played squash when I was at school. Thought I was super fit. Playing football & being 2nd best long distance runner. But fuck me squash used to completely do me in.

Seen many thinking they are fit types get on a squash court and been reduced to jelly within a game. The stop start nature of it mixed with no recovery is brutal and compounds.

Cankles-McJeggings I agree with the Dermonator - exercise does fuck all other than fine tune what’s already there through food. If you want to lose weight, put less food into the system is the only way to do it.

Source: Me. I lost 15kg at the start of last year. Despite doing half marathons for years, the weight didn’t shift until I changed my diet.

rhouses It’s very excessive, if you burned half that many calories, that would be surprising. Get a chest strap, do some reading on zone 2 training, drop carbs, pick an 8 hour eating window, and do your cardio fasted some of the time. That’ll sort you out in 6 months.
