Homegrove I watched Die Hard 2 the other night and Trading Places last night. Loved it.
Along_the_Wire not a huge fan of that, despite being directed by a Finn, Renny Harlin. Willis’ back and forth with Sipowicz is great though. It’s my third favorite after Die Hard with a Vengeance. Not seen 4 or 5 and not planning to.
Homegrove “Hans, bubby!”
Homegrove ’I’m special agent Johnson. This is special agent Johnson. No relation’
Homegrove Die Hard 2 gets worse with each watch. I should probably stop watching it. 😅
Amps Oh and a nod to the sudo Plasticman soundtrack too. Most enjoyable.
“Now I have a machine gun. Ho ho ho”
Watched Paddington 2 last night.
Loved it.
SM001 it’s underrated imo
It really isn’t that good.
Homegrove Fuck you all, by far my fave Die Hard, have argued this for years.
Untouchable…. French comedy about a paralysed rich bloke and his helper…. hilarious at times and genuinely heart-warming. Loved it. 9/10
Amps
Get out of here, Powell.
Home Alone 2. Definitely the best in the series.
7 annoying little cunts out of 10
Grinch the Musical.
Fiscally and mentally destitute man’s Elf.
Vigilante. Early 80s exploitation revenge business in a scuzzy New York. Robert Forster great but not enough gratuitous violence for me .
Pixar’s Soul. Loved it. The OST by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross is class. 8.5 lost souls / 10
Wally Yeah, that was great - really enjoyed that - cracking Christmas Day film. 8/10
Cheers for the heads up Snedders
Wally Yeah….top film
Along_the_Wire no problem buddy. Yeah it’s perfect for Xmas day with the family
Dunkirk.
Throughly depressing and watchable at the same time.
I thank the lord I wasn’t on that beach, though tbf, my bants may have lightened the mood.
Soul… the product of a very creative mind… some of the scenes with vectors as he’s plunging through realities are incredible. Funny and heart-warming. 8/10
