Before The Devil Knows Your Dead - A movie about a jewellery heist that keeps jumping in timelines, stellar cast and for what it’s worth, quite gripping. Plus Marisa Tomei is fine in this, yup, what a honey. Remember enjoying it a lot more when I watched it years ago, this time it just felt a bit more weird. Maybe it’s seeing Philip Seymour Hoffman shoot up heroin like a beast, knowing he died of an overdose. It’s Sidney Lumet, got Serpico lined up next. 7.9/10

Palm Springs (2020, Hulu)
Andy Samberg, Cristin Milioti and JK Simmons are great fun and very easy to watch in this gently silly time-loop romcom set around a never ending wedding day in the Californian desert.
Add in some excellent music choices and Palm Springs is well worth your time.
7.5/10
Yeah, Palm Springs, not bad and an easy watch.
Swimming Pool - a well regarded French/English film from 2003. To call it a shite extended Tales of the Unexpected, would be to flatter it. Load of fucking tripe - 3/10 and all 3 of those are for the tit count.
