alistair Expect it to be on the framework list (because everything is) but Nick Muir already did a breaks remix in 2010

I have the flak jacket breaks 12 inch from 2001 - which is basically the original with a breakbeat behind it (am also in the it’s great camp).

Ok, Futuro listened to. It’s really good. Digweed taking no prisoners-stuff. Basically a peak time-set from him. 8 tracks went to my playlists, so money well spent I guess.

Homegrove Only the unmixed version on iTunes - any ideas when the mixed version will be released?

Wally it seems Digweed wants to keep that to buy only. It’s a good one though, worth the money. If the aiff was 14 € in Junodownload I’d assume the mp3 will be cheaper. Worth a tenner for sure.

      Wally
I did see it on the Balance website for £8.99

Just went to buy it and the CD2 download is fucked - downloads a 4kb file. FFS. it’s easier just to pirate the fucking thing.

Wally ah sorry. Mixed version is on streaming. I listened to it on Tidal.

A lol for Wal paying for something by Henry Saiz!

Is he still relevant nowadays? Saiz that is… Not Wal.

Would there be a worse b2b combo than Henry Saiz and Guy J?

New Andre 3000 album is well worth a listen, especially for the ambient heads. As is the new Inhmost.

I thought Saiz’ new Balance was really good. It had some bad moments on it, but overall it’s going to get played again for sure. He’s also has a nack for doing something where you go “oh yeah, this is definitely Henry Saiz” immediately.

Smallman1 You be a snob. I’ll be over here having loads of fun listening to cracking tunes put together really well. 🤷🏻‍♂️

With the exception of Bedrock 25 / Transitions 1000 which was a special one off, Saiz in Liverpool was easily my fave clubbing trip out this year. Absolutely class. 909 events in Liverpool are really good. Should get yourself up North for JZ in Jan next year Smalls 👍🏻

Enjoyed Saiz’ new balance. Avoids going up his own hoop with pretentious twaddle and knocks out 3 decent mixes with some belter tunes.
