Gave the Eric Hilton album a listen, decent but how is it any different from Thievery Corporation album? Seemed pretty standard and nothing special really.
rhouses Agreed. If you didn’t know it was just Eric Hilton you would have thought it was thievery corporation. Which is why i thought it sounded like Sounds from the Thievery hi-fi.. It’s still good though.
Dubman Wasn’t bad. It’s just that I’ve heard all of it before.
rhouses I much prefer this sound to the latin style tracks and albums which they made. Still really like their Dj-Kicks mix
Not a fan of the in your face ethnic elements if I’m being honest. Prefer it when they’re a little more dubby.
This remix will always be timeless:
rhouses Sorry mate but that goes straight into MC’s remix death row - redux.
Dubman lol! Love the subtle changes to the vocals.
Dubman Deadbeat & Paul St. Hilaire - Four Quartets Of Love and Modern Lash. Very good dub house.
Have just hit play.
Hold tight for feedback!
Excited about the Bronson album. All three tracks have been superb
I don’t normally like whole artist albums but Jessie Ware’s new one is great.
She was a new artist all of seven years ago 😆
alistair new album, not new artist
Along_the_Wire Gotcha. My bad. Well in that case, I am going to recommend the new Paul Weller album. I am a fan and there are obvious summer vibes
Lovely album
Leafar Legov - Mirror
Try before you buy

It’s Kohra album day for me. Also still enjoying Paul Weller’s on sunset
Have just hit play on the Kohra album.
Enjoyed the Kohra album, top stuff.
Smallman1 It’s great. All killer no filler. No wonder Digweed rinsed it on Bunker13.
Got Kohra’s new album to go through - also going through Rone - Room with a view - which is grand so far. 🙂
Wally Listened to it this morning - I am well impressed - maybe a resurgence of progressive breaks! I’ll get me Fretwell mixes out again …..
