I think it was the fact he sounded like he was absolutely fucking wired by midday. Presents not long open and slawsy is telling the kids to fuck up and be quiet so he can hear his 2001 kiss 100 mix better. Jaw shaking while he was cut the youngest’s turkey into bite size pieces at the table. He was some pup!

I don’t think there will be a Christmas dinner in Ireland that wont consist of some sort of creamed potato Millsy. I would also speculate that in the UK a large portion will too. Thought that was pretty standard tbh.

Will you be blanching or roasting the resentment and bitterness on the day yourself?

A properly done roast is top of the tree for spuds hence it’s place on the Xmas dinner plate.

Mash surely is more of a weekday staple, although I maybe missing something and each to their own!

Sprouts (not on my plate!)
