Caravanning in the Cotswolds, with Flaresy and Grant. The lads. Striped fold up chairs in a semi-circle with the wives, all drinking boxed Chardonnay out of plastic beakers and putting the world to rights.

The boy scouts would love that one ‘round the campfire.

But what they didn’t know was that hiding in the back seat was a man, who’s early productions relied heavily on sample CDs, with a woman’s privates for a brain.

    😱

Not concerned about this new variant. Well, except for the unvaccinated but they’ve made their bed at this point.

    From my boss….

“When a highly transmissible respiratory virus is found in multiple countries, as Omicron has been found, it is usually everywhere,. Therefore, I think it could be in the Bay Area and it is easy enough to detect since one of our main PCR tests can find it without genomic sequencing so the Bay Area will start looking now.”

“With a high vaccination rate in the Bay Area keeping people from getting serious disease, hospitalization and death, it is likely that our hospital resources will continue to be protected, but this may not be true in all parts of California (like the Central Valley) and all parts of the US, In some areas that relied on natural immunity, we do know that omicron is associated with a high rate of reinfection, so having had COVID naturally without vaccines may not be as protective.”

BBC straight in, first up, with the Christmas question at the presser.

      I fucking despair

Sounds like NHS will contact us young ’uns when eligible for the tropple hit of Pfizer

So after 3 consecutive days of positive LFT tests, I’m negative today.. which is in line with studies that say there is a narrow window for which LFTs work. That doesn’t mean however that you’re not still infectious - they say that comes around the 10 day mark. Anyway, LFTs are useful for detecting covid in its initial stages.

I also read that, on average, people remain positive on PCR tests until the 17th post onset of symptoms.

You’re welcome lads! Back at the coalface soon 👍

Jules72 I also read that, on average, people remain positive on PCR tests until the 17th post onset of symptoms.

There are no exceptions for returning to the UK for the two-day PCR test if you tested positive in the last 90 days - ridiculous. I need to pay to test positive and suffer the kerfuffle associated with that result.

That’s my sister-in-law’s mate’s twin brother, Ed. I posted about it on here at the time. Fucking grim
