Jules72 the Conservatives see themselves as the party of liberty…. Their intention without a doubt is to roll back any measures like this despite being a right bunch of twats… it’s ideological paranoia to think otherwise
Er, no, Conservatives are conservatives, who happened to be hijacked by dominant faction of free market puritans from the mid 1970s onwards. If they were primarily liberal or libertarian they would have a name that reflected that, rather than ‘The Conservative & Unionist Party’.
