Wipe out student debt? Where’s my free $75;000? Cap interest, yes. But nobody forced anyone to take out absurd loans for an art history degree at fucking Oberlin. Also does fuck all to address the real issue of education expenses (if anything, it would encourage more gouging as those loans are being paid one way or the other).
