-si- Was that not dave Benson Phillips, millsy?

Some days are utterly soul destroying on here. Pato banton-ing the fuck out of it and not a lol in sight.

That CD indeed was class and got a hammering at the time. He never lived up to it live, however.

-si- charity lol and upvote incoming brother….

    Lol

I didn’t know who Dave Benson Phillips was Si.

Wouldn’t have got a lol anyway tbf.

Smallman1 he’s the bloke you bought your Kermit trabbs from on Gumtree mate.

Fair point. The commission has royally fucked up

Alistair “I’m just an impartial observer in the Leave/Remain debate, guv’nor (but here are some facts)” strikes again LOL.

bosstrabs Tell me they haven’t fucked up big time. I make no apologies for pointing it out. I was on a zoom to a German client of mine this afternoon. He certainly wasn’t mincing his words.

alistair They have fucked up. It’s the first absolute tangible positive of Brexit I have seen.

What I find hilarious, as pointed out previously, is you’ve been sliding these anti-EU posts into threads for months while saying “Hey, I VOTED REMAIN but THIS IS INTERESTING ISN’T IT?” LOL

Hiring Kate Bingham, Britain’s leading life science venture capitalist as vaccine tsar and putting Zahawi in place to manage the roll out turned out to be a very astute decision. Can you imagine Corbyn and McDonnell dealing with the big pharmas? 😂🤣

The problem with the EU is that it puts huge responsibility in the hands of second grade politicians like Von der Leyen (who rose to the great office of German defence minister).

          A few quick points.

          • this deal was signed by the UK while still an EU member, so not a Brexit dividend

          • the EU are FEWMIN!

          • not a fan of Zahawi personally, amazed he hasn’t managed to completely fuck this up yet

C_J this deal was signed by the UK while still an EU member, so not a Brexit dividend

But if we were still to be a member we would have been cajoled into not signing an individual deal, like France and Germany were.

C_J so it was signed when we were in the transition period.

-si- Once tried to get me sacked. As such, he gets no love nor quarter from me.

The EU have fucked this up royally and are behaving like absolute cunts.

They bowed to French pressure to go for the Sanofi vaccine which tuned out to be a turkey. Only when it became apparent this was going pear they decide to place an order with AstraZeneca.

They gambled with people’s lives in support of EU pharma and are now picking a fight with AstraZeneca/ the UK to detract from their own incompetence. Everyone sees straight through it and they are digging themselves deeper into a hole the more they carry on. If they had a leg to stand on here legally the whole thing would being played out behind closed doors.

If they weren’t playing with peoples lives it would be funny….the absolute cretins.

Old-Dutch I am an expert in neither pharmaceuticals nor contract law, but it did strike me as a ‘brave’ strategy, to detract from incompetence.

A bit like when Dermo used to drop a bollock on old Jaded Clubbers (the Ian record search etc), then goes for everyone’s jugular and hope everyone doesn’t notice.
