I don’t know about the entire country - it’s a big fucking place - but in San Francisco we’re looking at closer to 90%. Within that 10% we have pregnant women, undocumented immigrants who are wary of putting their name on anything, a subset of Black/African Americans who don’t trust the system, et cetera. We’ll see how the other counties around us do.
