Along_the_Wire because i don’t want the government controlling where i can go and when. i’m pro-vaccine, pro-mask, and i’m not downplaying what’s happening around the world, but this isn’t exactly decimating the human species. i value a balance between keeping as many people healthy as possible and personal freedoms. climate change, as a single example, is far more concerning and will kill way more people, but we don’t take 1% of the measures you’re advocating to resolve that problem. why not?
i would assume that you don’t want a chip planted in your arm that tracks every movement, allows or disallows you entrance to residences, businesses, or for travel. so between that extreme and the way you’ve lived your life to this point, where is the line for you?
i don’t have all or probably any of the answers, but it’s an important discussion and one worth having. blindly walking into a dystopian society isn’t the best idea.
