alistair in this instance it wasn’t cronyism because, as far as I know, Bingham and (Netty) England didn’t necessarily benefit from any orders… but still, the success of the programme was down to a small bunch of entrepreneurs who had contacts in the government. It wasn’t due to the smart thinking of Johnson or any of his immediate clown troupe.

Smallman1 Smalls, it isn’t particularly anti-conservatism, it’s (in my case) a simple recognition that this current Tory party/government is a shower of absolute on-the-make bastards and charlatans.

Smallman1 it’s sickening to me that you’d think of voting for such incompetent idiots… personally know very few who would still do so. The Conservatives were hollowed out by Brexit - many of the smart Tories left or were kicked out, and you’re left with the slimy opportunistic ones, many of whom never believed in Brexit.

alistair don’t vote then (I won’t if I don’t like the look of Labour)… by voting for the Tories you would be letting them off the hook for their incompetence leading to the U.K. having one of the largest covid deaths per capita over the last 12m
