The General Covid19 Thread
Kells77 the US has bounced back from that much faster than many other places in the world.
Only because you manufactured vaccines there, the virus still wasn’t taken as seriously as other countries. I’ve 2 close friends living in Louisville, both say that barring masks the pandemic has been over for months, even before the vaccine had arrived. The Delta version is steadily climbing in the South and a huge percentage arent vaxxed there. Interesting few months ahead for those areas.
Eclipse Revisited with Coxy and Sasha. Location TBC off the M25.
GET US OUT
I’m lost now, are we getting out of Europe or getting rid of covid restrictions or both?
I cannot wait to listen to wrecking ball prog with a can of spiked seltzer in my hand.
The US is united in name only. What is happening here in San Francisco, and what has happened, is vastly different than, say, Louisville. To say “the US’s response” or to try and figure out what will happen in “the US” is a useless exercise. We’ve been more worried about Mexico than the American Deep South due to the migration patterns of undocumented workers. England is a well-connected country where it’s pretty easy to get from one point to another. The US is not like that at all. We’re more like a collection of fiefdoms that kinda interact with each other but not really. For my usual HIV work, we barely correspond with Los Angeles and they’re our closer neighbor with many shared patients.
Yes Alistair!
Coalface here we come!
jonattonyeah beaches packed in Florida all winter too. I’m alright, Jack, China aint stopping my FREEDOM.
jonattonyeah I was going to reply with something similar, but I just gave up, because haters gonna hate.
Not sure what your point is here, LT. Is it to say some parts of the US are chalk full of complete retards? Well, I mean, yeah. Does that really need to be said? That’s like implying the GU13 is good. Everybody already knows that. Disc 2.
Disc 2 is the Deep South.
Horrific.

As in people moving back down to Mexico?
jonattonyeah I’m implying that for the most part, the US is a cess pool, J.
