Cankles-McJeggings Yeh do. I’m experimenting myself. Tried a cherry sour too which wasn’t bad. Using Woodford bourbon but been told to use single Tennessee whiskey instead. Problem is they are just too easy to drink and there’s not enough in a glass to last more than a few mins. 😬

Cankles-McJeggings At Xmas we do the Belgium chocolate Bailey’s with vodka and Chambord. It’s fucking lethal but tastes like dessert. Always ruins everyone.

C_J rhouses Johnny walker was good back in the day but is now Diageo tourist fodder. Black Bottle on the other hand is class - and cheap. Never tried it in a sour but is good for whiskey espresso martinis Thankyouplease

Cankles-McJeggings Nah bourbon for me. I went to a gaff the other week and the guy was English and I think he felt obliged to sort me and used a fine single malt and it didn’t work as well as a decent bourbon. Didn’t have the heart to tell him.
