Give the O-G a whirl if you haven’t already. May not be identical to the original Hazy Jane, but sounds a lot closer to it than the 5% stuff…
They do a Triple Hazy as well, which is lovely, but lethal.

Japanese whiskies I’ve tried are absolutely immense. Hibiki 12 is unreal.

Hibiki do a great entry level whisky called Harmony. Name’s a bit shit, but the liquid is immense.
Japanese whiskey is top drawer. I recommend Nikka in the barrel as a starter for ten. Its a blend but don’t let that put you off, its wonderful stuff imho.

It was only £50 about 5 years ago. It got extremely popular in a very short period of time and they hadn’t kept up with the supply and so its really thin on the ground these days.
Just took a look and they’ve even discontinued it now. Shame

Millsy there’s nowt wrong with Grouse pal! Do they still do the Black Grouse or was that just a special edition? Just googled it. £19 in Tesco. Totally getting some of that! Black Bottle is another quality blended Scotch. Imagine drinking Japanese whisky. Not in my house you wouldn’t lads!
