Too many people get caught up with eating the right amount of fats and proteins, but they don’t know to balance their blood ph with alkaline foods. Keto can easily lead to acidosis if not done properly. Know loads of people who have been trying it over the years and not one of them has bought Keto sticks to tell them where they’re at.

        I’ve started adding in eggs and cheese a bit which I normally swerve plus some fish and a bit of meat, but keeping it minimal as I prefer veggie food and think overall that is the food we should be eating.

        If you do them properly (everyday), you’ll be shocked how easily and how little amount of carbs it takes to take you back out of ketosis. Even too much protein will do it if you’re completely void of carbs.

        Have you ever tried it before? It’s a ##nt of a diet to do properly for the first few weeks as you get down into ketosis. You’ll have a load of brain fog, and forget trying to do any decent amount of cardio. Static bike only imo.
