If you do them properly (everyday), you’ll be shocked how easily and how little amount of carbs it takes to take you back out of ketosis. Even too much protein will do it if you’re completely void of carbs.
Have you ever tried it before? It’s a ##nt of a diet to do properly for the first few weeks as you get down into ketosis. You’ll have a load of brain fog, and forget trying to do any decent amount of cardio. Static bike only imo.
