the attacks against the press are something i haven’t seen before in american protests (maybe i’ve just missed it too) and are indicative of another line being crossed. if nothing else, the rest of this year is not going to boring.

i saw on reddit today that a user put together a 2.5 gb torrent of police brutality videos, just from the last couple of days. i’m not a fan of violence, but i just don’t see any way the problem with american law enforcement is resolved without civil unrest.

I predict it will keep escalating and then the 1st kill on a cop will happen leading to a widespread systematic crackdown just like the ending of the Occupy protests. Things will quieten down, people will go back home. Black people will continue to get killed and harassed just like before. Nothing will change.
