out today on insectorama, @Henry with his first official release and our first board collaborative effort! the ep features the original mix of organix, remixes by markus masuhr and myself, plus an original track of my own.

work has been insane this week, so individual track links on streaming services will follow soon. hope you like it and give henry a pat on the back, his track is so good.

Just bought myself a MOTU m2 interface

TBH im not that impressed with the sound quality in comparison to my old Echo Audifire, which was mint. Need to play around with the acoustic in the new gaf I think.

mono-stereo No idea if that is any good, I know nothing of it, but, it’s a lovely looking interface / design for what it is.

apyssjw thanks, i’ve been working hard on getting my mixes in better shape. i keep flipping back and forth between feeling confident and useless, nice to know this one is better. 🙂

found a pretty solid deal on a used dfam yesterday and jumped on it. i love the sound of this thing already, seems really versatile and immediate, plus the bass it puts out is impressive. can’t wait to dig into it over the weekend.

Another stellar effort from the little bro, a remix of Immortal here, the drums on the original are pretty sick, as the Yanks would say, and the baseline he’s added is pretty crunchy. I’d like to hear this really loud..

LT42 not totally my style of music these days, but sounds well-produced, and yeah, that bass line is nice.

apyssjw this one has a real 90s vibe to it, sounds good. i really like the bass pluck at the beginning and the section from 5-6 minutes is my favorite part, would make a great idea for a more minimal, but epic track on it’s own. great effort.
