I thought American Primeval was really good. Well acted and shot with some incredible camerawork and cinematography with the snowy mountain vistas and realistic battle sequences. Often these sort of “historical fiction” things are just horribly failed actors in shitty costumes saying terrible lines but this was definitely not that. The actual stories could have been a bit less basic maybe with longer story arcs and more characters but I am hoping for a season 2.
Netflix
Along_the_Wire At least I posted it in the right thread.
Along_the_Wire fair point, Grant. I’ve yet to meet a woman who can’t follow simple instructions & keep their nose out of shit they have no business getting involved in……
that was probably the single most realistic part!!!!!!!
303abuser LOL, no idea how that happened
Along_the_Wire haha and after all that, the album is pretty meh anyways, nothing new there.
Black Hawk Down-doc (three parts) up now.
A 9 hour documentary on Prince was was due to be released on Netflix but has now been pulled by the Prince estate. Shame as I reckon that would have been great.
Shrouded in Controversy no doubt

This tale should always feature in any respectable Prince docco.
Regret not seeing Prince live but I didn’t think he was going to cark it so soon.
Seen him three times - brilliant stuff. Went to Paisley Park when I went on a trip to Chicago/Minneapolis a few years ago - that was amazing, I have to say.
