IndustryStandard Started watching that the other night but the Mrs zoned out after about 30mins so that’s that . Back to doom scrolling . Is it me or do all Netflix productions look weird . How they are shot and the production / camera angles etc. They all look too clean and staged . Maybe it’s the UHD on these types of shows when my old mind is used to pre 480p on Minder / Bergerac 🤣

Along_the_Wire IndustryStandard Loads of fake backgrounds - the tell tale sign is out of place looking groups of people talking in the said backgrounds.
Wasily Started watching Sirens- stopped after 20 mins as found Millie ‘Horse face’ Alcock too irritating. Then started Lena Dunham’s Too Much with high hopes but it was like watching the worst parts of a Richard Curtis film turned into a series. Will Sharpe’s South London Russell Brand imitation is also terrible. A frustrating night…

IndustryStandard Wasily ……i tried that too and binned it off . Not been a great year so far on the TV front . Struggling to find much stuff appealing . May have to start reading books or sorting through my vinyl ….. imagine 🤣
Wasily IndustryStandard Books are the way forward IMO IS. I’m also trying to be really selective in what I listen to as well, not just putting music on for the sake of filling a commute or a gym sesh.
