LOL yeah Ed I can see it being Marmite.

It’s very California (moreso SoCal). I’d guess much of the subtle humor is lost if you’re not familiar with LA and all its fantastic horribleness. And anyone who grew up with “Karate Kid” can’t help but feel nostalgia. Only a few episodes in but I’ve enjoyed it.

All or Nothing is superb although I am surprised how soft the Spurs players come across.

Along_the_Wire haha yeah fair enough… Mourinho actually comes across as a fairly sophisticated coach and strong motivator… even likeable as does Levy - they’ve used this series really well to boost their own image

Is the Man City one much cop? I’ve watched the NFL ones which I’ve enjoyed quite a lot.

Am told its v good…havent watched myself

The Man City one is excellent.

      Pep is amazing.

Is the city one better than the brodge’s David Brent effort filmed at the reds?

He doesn’t do the envelope thing I’ll put it that way!

Watched “Sour Grapes” last night. Doc about a young lad who conned so called “wine investors” out of millions of dollars. 😆

Most entertaining. If ever there was a victimless crime, this was it.

I’ve just bought a case of red wine as it happens Mono.

        Lovely stuff.

mono-stereo lol. The guy was pretty convincing with all his high brow wine tasting skills.

Erik_B you could save yourself money on subscriptions and look in the mirror and watch this new show called Cunt.

Cobra Kai is very well done. Really enjoying it. Done some laughing at Johnny in the 1st episode and I always knew LaRusso was a troublemaker teaming up with a drunken bully with a chip on his shoulder over the war.

The Playbook is well worth a watch. Great episodes with Mourinho and Serena Williams’ coach (the same one who caused all the trouble at last year’s US Open).

Marathoned the BBQ Showdown, it’s a cooking competition show. The judges and contestants are interesting and fun, plus they do really well to bring out the whole culture of BBQing.

          rhouses BBQ Showdown

Was watching that as I mucked around the house last night. Quite enjoyable. Still love “Million Pound Menu” with that twat Fred.
