Any decent films on Netflix UK at the mo? Need something for tonight.

Trial of the Chicago Seven? Not seen it yet but it’s by Aaron Sorkin so probs decent.

Wally Will have a look, but if Eddie Redmayne plays a slightly shy / delicate / understated but nice bloke, I’ll turn it off and swear to never watch a screen ever again, same goes if it has the look, feel and budget of a late 70s made for TV film (see Da Five Bloods etc).

Mostly yes, but he does raise his voice once! As for the latter, don’t think so.

Arctic has also been added to the UK Netflix, and is supposed to be good.

Homegrove I suspect he is playing some ideal he has of himself, not convinced he’s an actor as such.

The Haunting of Blyn Manor series is utter pipe.

Dan Shite isn’t it. You could easily edit it down to a 90min film.

              SM001 30 minutes at most.

Dubman I’ve learned over the last 20 years that nothing is what it seems in India

              That’s an interesting comment.

As someone who has never been, but who is friends with many Indians, I’d be interested to know what you mean by this, exactly.

Anyone watching the new Star Trek on Netflix? (this may have been covered, fucked if I’m reading all this thread).

They have gone proper bat shit crazy with the storylines and the pushing of the science envelope etc, yet some how it’s still a bit boring in a classic Star Trek way. Amazing continuity in truth.

New Subburah out on Netflix… weekend sorted

…not Netflix, but enjoying ‘Raised by Wolves’ the Ridley Scott thing (on HBO Max). About a couple of androids that raise human kids on a distant planet after mankind has obliterated earth.

Unbroken1 Not being funny Damo, but given it’s the last day of October, shouldn’t you be focussing a little more on this month’s mix?!
