Homegrove My Step Son is 11….he’s a real Marvel Nut/Fucking know all……I’m now enduring the Toby Maguire Spiderman films.

First two are pretty good, haven’t seen either in ages mind. Might be time to revisit. The less said about the third the better. Never seen either Andrew Garfield Spidey.

Rumours coming in that Grant has went postal and is on a murderous rampage at his local Vue cinema after that winter solider nod from Hannu

Wally He’d prob like the Winter Soldier.

Dan I thought that - the first half being heavily inspired by classics like ‘Three days of the condor’ (to the point they hired Robert Redford for it) and it being a really good flick. I recommended it to Grant - I was so, so wrong.

Thats not a teaser trailer, thats the movie explained in a 3 minute montage.
And that folks, is all I need to see.

        Next!

zackster Think I saw that when it came out, worried that I underated Uma.

Like the direction Disney is taking here

Infinity War last night. At 2,5 hours it’s one of the best edited pop corn-flicks ever. It flows so well, you don’t realize it’s that long.

Don’t understand the dislike Ant-Man and the Wasp gets in Marvel-circles. We rewatched it on Thursday and I think I prefer it to the first one. Really enjoyed it again. Paul Rudd playing Michelle Pfeiffer was the highlight.

Hope your ‘in order’ watch through of all the Marvel films is going well Han.

Two more left! Will probably skip Spider-Man Far From Home though (which is the last one), as that’s too silly for even me. Mysterio is just such a crap villain.

Had to endure Spiderman 3 last night - Jesus what a turkey of a film. The only highlights were the scenes with JK Simmons.

          3/10

What did ya’ll think of Mortal Kombat?

Absolute dogshit. Prefered the crap 90s one. Cheers.

It started acceptably and then went downhill. The 90s ones have dated very very badly…and they were shit then.

Enjoyed Shang-Chi. The end fight was the expected CGI-wankathon, but the movie deffo had it’s moments. Was especially happy the half way surprise character wasn’t spoiled for me. Grinned like an idiot. ⅘ on a MCU-scale.

Ok so Hawkey seems to be trying to be a Christmas buddy cop-movie. Internet seems happy with the trailer, and people who’ve actually read the comics are saying that a lot of shots are lifted straight from a particular Hawkeye-run.

I had very little interest in the show, but seems like it’ll be a fun, stupid way to end the weekend or something, should work well on a Sunday night.

Ok, so which one of the JC babies is going to try to put a positive shine on this complete turd?

          <raises hand>

Can’t wait. Supposed to be a old school biblical style epic. With Marvel superheroes.

Off to see Venom 2 tomorrow…

Wally serious question: do you own and merch that incorporates the Mickey Mouse head, indirectly or otherwise, into it?

Dan Watched the first one the other day. Absolute dog shit.

              • Dan replied to this.

zackster Other than toys for my kids, I don’t think so. Not really into ‘merch’. You should see some of the artist desks at Rockstar. Packed to the gills with shite like that.

Wally I own a bunch for FF7 shit, ngl. Square’s partnership with Disney and Marvel absolutely sickens me tho.

Wally I didn’t think it would’ve won the Olivier award tbh.

                  The new Batman looks class.

                  Venom 2
