Unbroken1 …daft question, but are you hitting ‘Link’ at the bottom of the screen? It should pop up when you connect. Surely you can return it? You’ve only had it a couple of weeks…

baggers44 Along_the_Wire could have something like a bit of debris from something stuck in it - not sure of you can remove and do self repair …….i too cannot easily set up the Link mode but i am assuming to is due to my total ignorance ! happy to experiment and report back

Unbroken1 …re- the mechanical, hold the unit upside down and see if anything is moving around, might be a bit of polystyrene or packaging inside, you might be able to nip it out with a pair of tweezers

Along_the_Wire The DJ Shop have been excellent about the XZ - they pick it up Tuesday - it breaks my little ginger heart. Thank fuck I didn’t get rid of the RX2 yet - I doubt I’ll see the XZ this side of Christmas, which is a massive shame given it’s my 50th in between now and then 😢
