gcw Hi mate. I think if you use Engine Prime and analyse it through that, then plug the USB in and Sync the stick (somewhere down the bottom left of Engine) then you’ll end up with a snappy experience.
What you’re doing by the sounds of it is throwing un-analysed files at the system and the system is analysing on the fly so you have that delay feeling.
Wipe the USB and Download this for your computer and start again
You can organise the files into playlists on here and keep it central.

The only time you should wait for analysis is if you are connected via wifi to streaming, that can take a few seconds.
