I used to do a lot of free parties in the Kent area in the late 90s and the setup/tear down/transport was brutal. Massive PA and heavy amps, 1200s, tunes. No wonder my bacjk is fooked.
Having one person DJ from 9 to 3 am going through multiple genres is heavy going. Having multiple DJs playing sets is something thats been lost to a degree in recent years in a bar environment. Keeps things fresh and specialised. No one wants to hear/see me play RnB…………..
We should defo have a JC festival, given the calibre of production talent on this thread
