Along_the_Wire I’m gonna go out on limb here and say, anal surgery is the most painful surgery? I’ve never had anything in the undercrackers department worked on by a surgeon, plenty of other repairs done, and some of them were grim, but some how I feel a knife up the arse would top the lot.
