…unfortunately I don’t, and only a tiny percentage of those buying these will… but this is what Pio do well, upsell pro gear on the basis that it will be ‘industry standard’ in most venues down the line.
They always have to strike the balance between catering to existing customers while still appearing to be making technological strides. Fucking loads of features- though some of the venue-specific stuff, like the StageHand app and the mic monitor mute, 99% of users will NEVER touch.
Interesting that some of the features are designed to overcome issues that are inherently ‘Pioneer’ in the first place, like being able to remotely limit master output because of lack of headroom and sub-par metering.
It’s absolutely a logical update… still leaves me absolutely cold though.
