We’ve got some scoville never stick frying pans. There not expensive but I’ve been using them for about a year and nothing sticks.

I just eat out, saves all of this bother and worry.

Gen Q: what is the diff between a butty and sarnie?

A butty can also employ bread, hence the term chip (chipses) butty.

The way he says Chip Butty absolutely slays me. Oniony Gravy is another I simply adore.

Non-stick frying pans are a total waste of money, and should only be used sparingly for things like omelettes, pancakes, etc…

Carbon steel can be a bit tricky to maintain at the beginning but once you’ve got a decent amount of seasoning on them, they’ll last you a lifetime. Got a couple of De Buyer ones that are excellent, and can even be banged in the oven too.

What? That’s utter Bollox, no it cant. A butty is only two pieces of sliced bread. If it’s a roll it a roll.

A sarnie is just another name for a butty/sandwich.

Yes immediately. Like Edwand. Sarnie is colloquial slang for sandwich. No fucker would ever say a chip sarnie. Chip butty is perfectly acceptable if you say chip sandwich you probably are a cunt and went to a private school. Or something Tom Parker Bowels would make being a complete cunt who went to a private school.
Or like those two complete twats rhouses posted earlier.

Clearly been in Australia / Scotland too long, his swede is fried!

Just because it’s on fucking Wikipedia doesn’t make it right Edwand. It just means some bellend like you wrote it. There’s no such thing as a roll butty.

Chances of Ed ordering a Philly Cheesesteak Sarnie san ms cheese at Lincoln Financial Filed this fall? Would be a bloody shambles!

Cankles-McJeggings There’s no such thing as a roll butty.

        I didn’t say there was.

I said a chip butty can also be housed in a roll, which it can, not often or usually granted but it can.
