On the Thai front the below are things I love eating. But even a decent Thai curry and pad Thai is a winner
Khua kling, pad kra pao gai, Som tam, Latin, gai yang, khoa soi
For Vietnamese it’s more basic as I love lots of varieties of pho, banh mi and bun cha.
However for both it’s the flavours that I prefer overal to Chinese. Nothing to do with how it’s cooked, technique, history etc.
